Well its been at least two weeks since this successful event, and ive been slack on the column but!, the night went really good. personally i was stressing because everything was getting close to the night and we hadnt done much even tho nick was really incharge of this event seems he made it.
Me and nick had a run in but sorted it out and eventually he tried to get me to get Adam to come down with all of tafes gear like our lenah valley concert, and i told him i didnt want him and that we couldnt afford him. So i told nick to get the stuff from his school so he did and i supplied mics as part of my put in. As the day came we rang paul thinking he would let us down with the venue and not be there to open the doors (because he done it before very unreliable guy) but he was there surprisingly. we got all our stuff in there and i started to set up as people in the other bands started to enter, i couldnt set up much because of our stage wasn't ready or not there so by the time our stage was there we set everything up and got rockin. The amount of people was a great number and if the owner wasnt such a sly basterd we could have made ouselves atleast 500 dollars between us. In the end it was a great night and we have it on dvd which i havent seen yet but it should be good.
